How to Download Photos from Your iPhone to Windows PC?

If you used up all the memory in your iPhone to take photos and videos, and you want to save them somewhere and make more space for other photos, then best way is the save all your photos to computer. To save your photos to computer, connect your iPhone to your Windows computer using the USB cable that came with your iPhone. Transferring photos to your Windows PC from your iPhone is very easy. When you are importing photos to your computer, you can enter tag name to tag your photos (this is optional).

Following are the steps to Download Photos from Your iPhone to Windows PC:

  1. Connect your iPhone to your Windows computer using the USB cable.
  2. Click "Start" menu button.
  3. Type "Photo Gallery" in the search box.
  4. Click "Photo Gallery" to open it.
  5. Click "Home" tab located at the top left corner of the window.
  6. Click "Import Photos" button located at the top left corner of the windows.
  7. In the "Import Photos and Videos" dialog, locate and click your iPhone, then click "Import".
  8. Click "More options" and select where you want to save your photos and what format to use for folder and file names.
  9. You will see 2 options to select import method i.e Enable "Review, organize and group items to import" or "Import all new items now".
  10. Choose any one option of the above.
  11. Click "Next" button.
  12. Review, organize, or assign tags to your photos and click "Import" button.
  13. All your photos will now be downloaded from your iPhone to Windows PC.
