How to download a photo from Box to computer?

Box Inc. is a cloud file sharing service that allows you to backup photos, videos & documents from your computer and mobile devices to an online storage space. Box Inc. is helpful to store & backup all kinds of files online & arrange them into folders just like on your desktop. Box offers 10GB of free storage space, which is pretty useful for storing photos, videos and important documents.

Here are the steps to download a photo from Box to computer:


  1. Go to https://www.box.com/ & sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, then create one.
  2. Once you have signed into your account, you will see all your photo & video albums.
  3. Navigate to the photo which you want to download.
  4. Open the photo in its full size.
  5. Click "Download" or "Down arrow" located at the top right corner of the screen.
  6. Your browser prompts you to save .zip file, click "Save" and specify a location to download. The downloaded zip file will contain the photo from the Box account.
  7. Your photo now will be downloaded to computer.
