How to Delete Photos or Videos from Camera Roll?

If you did not turn ON iCloud Photo Library on your iOS device or Mac, then you can delete your photos and videos from the Camera Roll album on your iOS device. So they will not include in your iCloud backup. You can import them to your computer before deleting them from the Camera Roll on your iOS device.
To delete photos or videos from Camera Roll, open "Photos" app and tap "Albums" and then tap "Camera Roll" option.
