If you want to backup videos from Apple Photos app to Google Drive, then you need to download and install "Google Drive" desktop application on your Mac. When you download "Google Drive", it creates a dedicated folder named "Google Drive" folder on your Mac. Once you have done, open "Photos" app and select video that you want to backup and export it to Google Drive folder.
