How to Backup Photos from Google Photos to Box on Android?

Google Photos offers unlimited free storage space to all its users (conditions apply). But, there is one gotcha i.e. you have to upload photos in "High Quality". You can choose the "High Quality" option while uploading the photos. The High Quality photos can be up to 16 megapixels in size and video resolution is limited to max 1080p. If you want to backup  your Google photos to your Box cloud account follow the process below:

Here are the steps to Backup Photos from Google Photos to Box on Android:

  1. Go to https://www.box.com/ & sign in to your account.
  2. Download and install "Box" app on your Android phone.
  3. Open "Google Photos" app on your Android Phone.
  4. You will see all your photos and videos.
  5. Tap  or long press the photo or video and select other photos and videos which you want to share.
  6. Tap "Share" icon located at the top on the screen.
  7. You will see list of all applications.
  8. Tap "Box" icon.
  9. A "Upload to" window opens-up.
  10. Tap "Upload" button located on the screen.
  11. This way you can backup photos from Google Photos to Box on Android.
