- Go to "File Explorer" on Windows computer.
- Select "iCloud Photos" located under "Favorites" in a folder window.

- Click "Add photos or videos" located in the toolbar.
- A dialog window opens up.
- You have 2 options to add photos or videos.
- a) Drag photos or videos to the dialog from another window.
- b) Click "Choose photos or videos".
- Select any one of the above 2 options.
- Click "Done" button.
