You have connected your account & photos/videos folder to upload but when clicking on checkbox corresponds to account it shows account not connected or takes you to authenticate again. If you are facing the same issue then please follow below steps to troubleshoot:
1.Go to ‘Account’ tab click on ‘+’ icon corresponds to your online account, this will show a popup which contains your accounts.
2.You can see a link named ‘Activate’ corresponds to each account, please click on it to which account you want to upload to.
3.Now go to ‘Photo’ tab and try to check the checkbox and hit the upload button.
