Get to know us, the little team behind the magic of PicBackMan

A bit about us.

We started PicBackMan because our founder, Vaibhav Domkundwar, was frustrated with how painful it was to backup his photos and videos to his online accounts. The uploaders from Flickr, SmugMug, Google and others were just too cumbersome and buggy. Other 3rd party uploaders seem to be side projects that never evolved. So we did a bit of research & found out that there were many many others who were in the same boat. It seemed like we had found a problem to solve & we started - with a mission to build the simplest, fastest and the most intelligence uploader that automatically backed up your precious memories.

To say we are happy with where we’ve reached would be an understatement - users in 125+ countries have backed up 60,000,000+ memories with PicBackMan and you can hear 200+ of their stories here. With that, we set our goal to reach 1M+ users globally and that keeps us excited.

Join us in this journey and help us get there.

PicBackMan does exactly what it's supposed to. It's quick and efficient. It runs unobtrusively in the background and has done an excellent job of uploading more than 300GB of photos to 2 different services. After having lost a lot of personal memories to a hard drive crash, it's nice to know that my photos are safe in 2 different places.

LOVE this program! Works better than ANY other program out there that I have found to upload thousands of pictures WITH SUB-FOLDERS to SmugMug! Thank you so much for what you do! :) #happycustomer

I pointed PicBackMan at a directory structure, and next time I looked - all the photos had uploaded! Pretty cool. I use SmugMug and while I really like it, the process of creating directories in is pretty laborious when you need to make 80+ at a time. This was a breeze. Thank you!
