How long can I use the Free Forever plan?

You can continue to use the Free plan forever & upgrade at any time.

Are there any charges for upgrades for the Elite plan?

We release upgrade and updates to PicBackMan throughout the year. All minor updates are available free. You can upgrade to our major upgrades every year (usually once a year or so) for a small additional fee.

What are the benefits of the Elite plan?

The main benefit of Elite plan is that you have unlimited uploads of photos and videos and are not restricted at all. Plus the Elite plan comes with faster upload speeds and richer features as displayed above.

What are the different payment methods I can use to pay?

You can pay via any credit card for your PicBackMan subscription or you can pay via your PayPal account too.

Can I cancel my paid plan subscription?
