How to Turn ON iCloud Photo Library on iPad?

iCloud Photo Library is used to seamlessly syncing and storing your photos and videos in iCloud and access them across all your iOS devices. It is available with the new Photos app for iOS 8.1 ot later version. When you turn ON the iCloud Photo Library on your iPad, all your photos and videos are organized in one library. It won't upload lower resolution photos and videos synced to your device from iTunes. iCloud Photo Library supports the following file types: JPEG, RAW, PNG, GIF, TIFF, and MP4. To turn ON iCloud Photo Library on your iPad, go to 'Settings' on your iPad and tap 'iCloud' tab. You will see 'Photos' option, tap on it. Move the slider from left to right to turn ON 'iCloud Photo Library'.
