- Connect your iPhone to the Mac with a USB cable. Launch iTunes.
- Open ‘Photos App’, if it does not open automatically.
- In your ‘Photos App’, you can see a blue button on the top right corner named ‘Import New’. This is the button that allows you to back only the new videos from your iPhone.
- Click the ‘Import New’ button, and only your new photos would be backed to the Mac, saving your time to keep selecting videos.
