Following are the steps to Backup iMovie Videos to Picasa Web on Mac:

  1. Open "iMovie" on your computer.
  2. Select the video which you want to backup.
  3. Click "Share" menu bar.
  4. Select "Export Movie" option.
  5. Enter file name in "Export As" field. Choose the location to save the video and an export size.
  6. Click "Export" button.
  7. Exit "iMovie".
  8. Go to https://picasaweb.google.com/ & sign in to your account.
  9. Click "Upload" button located at top of the window.
  10. A pop-up window "Upload Photos and Videos" opens up.
  11. You will see 2 options, "Create a new album" or "Add to an existing album".
  12. Select any one of the above 2 options.
  13. Click "Select videos from your computer".
  14. A "File upload" window opens up. Browse & select videos that you want to backup.
  15. Click "Ok" button or if you want upload more videos, then click "Upload more" button located at bottom right corner.
  16. You have another option to upload the videos i.e "Drag-and-drop". Here you can simply drag your videos directly from your Mac to a location in your Picasa web Albums account.
