Last Updated :It is easy to add people to shared Photo Streams you own using the Photos for OS X. Adding people with the Photos app on your Mac machine is easy. The people, you specify, will receive an invitation to iCloud Photo Sharing. They can join in on an iPad, iPhone or Mac.
- Launch the Photos app on your Mac running OS X Yosemite or newer.
- Click on the Shared tab in the top menu.
- Click on the back button to get to the main stream view if you aren't there already. The Activity section is the default view.
- Open the shared stream you'd like to add someone too.
- Click on the members button in the top right of the menu.
- Click inside the To field and type the name of the person you'd like to add. If they're in your address book, they should automatically come up. If they aren't, you can enter their email instead of their name.
- Hit Enter on your keyboard to save changes and send the invite.

I pointed PicBackMan at a directory structure, and next time I looked - all the photos had uploaded! Pretty cool. I use SmugMug and while I really like it, the process of creating directories in is pretty laborious when you need to make 80+ at a time. This was a breeze. Thank you!

PicBackMan was an answer to many a prayer. How can I get this MASSIVE collection of photos onto a service that cripples uploading? PicBackMan.
